Cultural Supervision

Moorlanga Healing’s Cultural Supervision program provides culturally grounded, reflective supervision for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal practitioners, caseworkers, therapists, educators, and service providers working with Aboriginal children, families, and communities.Our supervision model supports workers to reflect ethically, relationally, and culturally on their practice. It creates space forself-awareness, cultural accountability, decolonising reflection, andemotional safety when working in complex spaces of trauma and healing.
